Bryce Canyon National Park
Bryce Canyon, is located within the state of Utah, on the western side of the United States. Despite its name the area is not technically a canyon, it is a giant collection of natural amphitheaters. Bryce is unique due to geological structures called hoodoos, formed by frost weathering and stream erosion of the soft river and lake bed sedimentary rocks. The red, orange, and white colors of the hoodoos give this place a phenomenal natural beauty.
